At TeamOx Creations, we handcraft each item with care and attention to detail. Here are the answers to the questions we receive most often about our products, ordering process, and dispatch.

Can I request personalised or bespoke Cricut designs, and how does the process work?
Yes, absolutely. Please send your ideas via email or call us to discuss what you have in mind. We will provide a quote and share a digital mock-up of the design with you before we begin crafting. Full payment is due before creation begins.

How are orders dispatched and how long will delivery take?
Because our products are lovingly made to order, we may occasionally need to source specific materials or blank items. We endeavour to turn around all orders within 5 to 7 working days. Standard delivery is handled by Evri unless you request an alternative courier.

Can I collect my order in Ipswich or at a craft fayre?
Yes, local customers in or around Ipswich are very welcome to collect their orders in person. You can also arrange to collect your items directly from our stall at any of our upcoming craft fayres.

Where can I see which craft fayres you are attending next?
You can keep track of all our upcoming events, seasonal markets, and craft fayres by checking our dedicated craft fayres and news page.

What is your returns policy on personalised items?
Due to the custom nature of bespoke and personalised orders, these items cannot be returned or refunded once made. If there is an issue with your finished order, please contact us immediately so we can help.

How do I care for custom-printed clothing and garments?
To keep your handmade items looking their best, clothing should be washed on a cool 30-degree cycle and left to air dry. Do not tumble dry. Always use a cool iron on the reverse of the vinyl design only.

When is payment taken for custom orders?
For all custom and personalised craft projects, full payment is required prior to us starting the manufacturing process once you have approved the design proof.
